LAT Represents the Texas LBM Industry at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board

LAT serves on the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board's Commissioner's Economic and Workforce Council.  The Council’s input helps inform and strengthen the Coordinating Board's ability to:
  1. Align its programs and products with the needs of employers and changing workforce trends;
  2.  Broker stronger relationships between employers and institutions of higher education; and
  3.  Advocate for policies and practices that enable learners to advance in their careers and meet demands of Texas employers
